normocytic anemia การใช้

ประโยคมือถือ
  • Blood loss, suppressed production of RBCs or hemolysis represent most cases of normocytic anemia.
  • Normocytic anemia is usually deemed so because the bone marrow has not yet responded with a change in cell volume.
  • Due to interference with iron absorption, even mild to moderate riboflavin deficiency results in an anemia with normal cell size and normal hemoglobin content ( i . e . normochromic normocytic anemia ).
  • Other causes that are typically thought of as causing normocytic anemia or macrocytic anemia must also be considered, and the presence of two or more causes of anemia can distort the typical picture.
  • In patients with anemia, it is the MCV measurement that allows classification as either a microcytic anemia ( MCV below normal range ), normocytic anemia ( MCV within normal range ) or macrocytic anemia ( MCV above normal range ).
